Technical & NPD Project Coordinator

Technical & NPD Project Coordinator – XOXO SODA

About the Company

XOXO SODA is a modern beverage brand built around the idea of "self-love in a can", offering a fresh take on soda designed to uplift and excite. We create innovative, great-tasting products that reflect contemporary lifestyles and values. Our brand thrives on creativity, authenticity, and strong brand identity, from concept to customer experience. We want team members who bring fresh ideas and passion to challenge the traditional soft-drink market.

Role Overview

A full-time hybrid position based in the Manchester area (UK), with flexibility for some remote work. The Technical & NPD Project Coordinator ensures technical and new product development projects run smoothly from concept to launch, maintaining timelines, quality standards, and specifications.

Collaborating across marketing, operations, quality, and external partners, this role bridges innovation and execution—transforming ideas into market-ready products.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Management

  • Track and manage technical and NPD project plans, timelines, and deliverables using digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software).
  • Organise and maintain documentation (technical specs, compliance records, testing data).
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to align on goals and execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
