Reports to: Head of Technical & New Product Development

Location: UK Hybrid – 3 days per week at London Office

The Role

We’re looking for a Technical & NPD Project Coordinator to provide operational and project support across Technical, NPD (New Product Development), EPD (Essential Product Documentation), packaging, and regulatory activities.

This key role involves ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, documentation is meticulously maintained, and all stakeholders—suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams—remain aligned throughout the product development lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Technical & NPD, the role demands drive, technical rigour, and unwavering attention to detail.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Documentation (EPD) Projects
  • Managing product development timelines and critical paths
  • Supporting product launches from concept to market readiness
  • Coordinating packaging artwork designs and approvals
  • Managing supplier documentation and compliance
  • Assisting with retailer technical requests and packaging
  • Working closely with manufacturers and suppliers globally
  • Supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating across stretch global time zones (including US overlap)

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in the food, beverage, or food supplement industry
  • Familiarity with technical, NPD, and quality operations
  • Exceptional organisation and a meticulous eye for detail
  • Confidence managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Proactive, self-driven, and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving company culture

Competitive compensation range: £35,000–£45,000 (dependent on experience)
