In this fast-paced, high-intensity role, you’ll drive the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and commercial strategy, scaling modular plants 1000x to meet—literally—the challenge of “mining the sky” for carbon.
Based in London, UK, this senior leadership position is perfect for a clinically curious, experienced operator who thrives in technical environments and is eager to execute at scale.
Key Responsibilities

Process Optimisation
- Redesign factory layouts and assembly flows to maximise speed, quality, and repeatability of modular fuel plant components.

Technical & Financial Leadership
- Lead end-to-end technical due diligence for project financing, securing capital for ambitious scaling plans over two years.
- Direct complex equipment builds and visits, collaborating with contractors for efficient on-site deployments.

Requirements
Must-have experience:
- 4+ years in manufacturing or engineering + manufacturing integration, scaling complex hardware or infrastructure.
- Accountancy or engineering qualification or related field.
- Startup grit: proven ability to deliver high-stakes execution despite ambiguity.
