Technical Operations Specialist
Location: Grays SDC01 Data Centre

Your role
We are looking for a Technical Operations Specialist to join our operations team on 24x7/365 shift pattern working 12hr rotational shifts based in our strategic Data Centre in Grays, Thurrock. Your primary role will involve providing first line Data Centre support for a range of internal, private and public sector customers to help ensure services remain operational and that incidents are managed promptly within a defined process. Your role will involve dealing directly with customers, you will also work closely with other Data Centre teams and Fujitsu Business units to pro-actively safeguard customer services, maintain Data Centre installation standards and the upkeep of configuration management toolsets.

Your experience
- Good communication skills and to be able to communicate effectively through online toolsets
- Knowledge of Data Centre Infrastructure
- Experience within a process driven environment
- Have an eye for continuous improvement to help enhance Fujitsu’s Data Centre offering
- Pro-active in your approach to work
