About CI Projects

CI Projects is a boutique business consultancy dedicated to helping businesses achieve continuous improvement by aligning people, processes, and technology. We work closely with clients to define the issue, set the destination, and provide the tools and guidance—so they can keep progressing long after we leave.

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Partner & Architect to shape technology solutions and architecture in a dynamic, evolving business environment. This role involves acting as the trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering architectural leadership, technical oversight, and strategic direction across a portfolio of programmes, bids, and transformation initiatives.

This is an ideal opportunity if you enjoy:

  • Translating business needs into practical technology solutions
  • Influencing senior stakeholders with technical expertise
  • Providing hands-on architectural leadership in modern tech landscapes

Role Overview

As the Technical Partner & Architect, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical ownership in a secure business sector.
  • Collaborate with operational leadership, stakeholders, delivery partners, and engineering teams to define solution architectures, technology roadmaps, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Bridge the gap between business priorities and technical delivery, ensuring solutions are:
    • Commercially viable
    • Architecturally robust
    • Capable of supporting long-term organisational objectives
  • Provide technical oversight of third-party delivery partners, contribute to bids/tenders, support governance processes, and drive adoption of architectural standards, integration patterns, and engineering best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
