Job Title: Technical Payroll Solutions Consultant

Location: Remote with occasional travel to London
Contract: Permanent | Full-time

The Role

This is a varied, client-facing position combining technical sales, implementation, onboarding, and relationship management. You'll work closely with payroll bureaus, employers, accountants, and advisers, helping them understand the platform, managing implementations, and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging online product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
  • Understand client payroll and workplace pension requirements, providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage the implementation process from sale through to successful go-live.
  • Configure payroll, workplace pension, and salary exchange solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with payroll bureaus, accountants, and key partners.
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing client support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and implementation processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows through technology, automation, and AI.

About You

  • Previous experience within the payroll software industry, implementation consultancy, or technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, with knowledge of auto-enrolment and salary exchange being advantageous.
  • Confident presenting software demonstrations and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, commercially minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, growing business.
  • Experience working with payroll bureaus, accountants, or financial advisers would be highly beneficial.
