TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER

Salary up to £80,000 + Equity

London-based role – hybrid working with 4 days per week in the office

Due to continued growth, we're recruiting for a Technical Product Manager to join an ambitious technology business with exciting expansion plans. You'll work closely with Engineering and Product teams to shape the roadmap, define priorities, and deliver products that solve real business challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative environment where you'll have genuine influence over product direction and strategy.

THE TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER ROLE:

As a Technical Product Manager, you'll work closely with Engineering, Product and key stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. You'll manage the product roadmap, prioritise features, translate business needs into technical requirements, and ensure successful delivery throughout the product lifecycle. You'll play a key role in balancing commercial objectives with technical feasibility while driving continuous product improvements.

TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Commercial experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Manager within a software environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritising backlogs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience within a SaaS or technology business would be highly desirable
