The Role
I am working with a venture-backed AI company building intelligent automation for a large, traditionally under-digitised industry. Their AI-powered product is already live with pilot customers, delivering strong results and driving toward scale in 2026.
They're looking for a Technical Product Manager to own how the business knows its AI product is actually performing. This is a broad, hands-on role covering quality assurance, AI evaluation, and day-to-day product operations on a small, fast-moving team.
You'll own the evaluation suites and test scenarios that measure product quality, track performance over time, and turn real customer feedback into clear priorities. You'll run daily issue triage, partner closely with Customer Success, and own features from problem definition through to delivery. The team runs much of its workflow through lightweight agentic tools, so you'll need to be genuinely comfortable working this way, not just familiar with AI in theory.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
