Technical Product Manager – AI Native

I’m working with a heavily backed AI start up, who are disrupting an industry with their AI led workflow management solution. The role requires someone who is passionate about the use of AI, both practically and from a product perspective. You’ll be an AI native, comfortable working across multiple AI tools, and have used in a product environment previously. You’ll also be passionate about building exceptional AI powered products.

This is a hands on role at the intersection of product, engineering, AI and customer success, where you'll play a critical part in ensuring our platform consistently delivers high-quality outcomes for customers. You'll own product quality across multiple modules, working closely with engineering and AI teams to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and shape the roadmap based on real customer usage. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with AI technologies, and turning customer insight into impactful product decisions, this role could be for you. A background in AI/Software engineering would be ideal alongside experience of operating in a start up environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
