About Reap

Reap is a global financial technology company headquartered in Hong Kong with employees across multiple countries. We enable financial connectivity and access for businesses worldwide by combining traditional finance with stablecoins for efficient money movement.

Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross-border payments.

Backed by leading investors including Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance.

Why Reap?

Reap is at the point where AI is no longer an optional feature. It is becoming a core capability that changes how we build products and how our customers run their businesses.

We build everything with the customer in mind. In this role, you'll use AI to solve real problems our customers face—not chase technology for its own sake.

You'll join the Platform Product team at the ground floor of Reap's AI transformation. You'll shape the technical foundations for AI services and AI-native product patterns that other teams will reuse across the company. This role is for someone who wants to build production-grade AI systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Your Mission Awaits

You are passionate about building AI-enabled products that create business value — not just using AI tools to optimize your own workflows.

  • Deeply understand how Reap's customers operate — their pain points, workflows, and decision-making — and use that insight to define where AI can deliver the most meaningful impact.
  • Own the end-to-end product direction for Reap’s Platform AI capabilities, from discovery to delivery and iteration.
  • Design and drive the technical architecture for AI services that engineering teams can reliably build on, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), document processing, and workflow automation.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to translate complex AI system constraints into clear product requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans.
  • Establish standards for AI-first product development that keep customer value and measurable outcomes at the center, not just technical sophistication.
  • Bring strong system-level thinking to data flows, evaluation, reliability, safety, and iteration cycles, and coach the team on what “good” looks like.
  • Be hands-on in technical discussions. You should be able to go deep on how AI services are built, where they fail, and how to improve them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What Makes You a Star

  • You bring 8+ years of experience in product management (or closely related product roles), with 1–2 years of recent, hands-on AI product experience.
  • You are a technical Product Manager with proven experience building production-level AI applications, not just experimenting with models.
  • You can work deeply with engineers on AI service design and implementation details, and you can clearly explain tradeoffs across architecture, data, cost, latency, and quality.
  • You demonstrate system-level thinking and structured problem solving, especially through real examples of iteration, failures, and improvements.
  • You have hands-on experience with common AI application patterns and architectures, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar), and document processing pipelines — and can articulate how and when to apply them.
  • You start with the customer problem, not the technology. You can demonstrate how you've translated customer pain points into AI-powered solutions that delivered measurable improvements in experience, efficiency, or revenue.
  • You have experience designing evaluation strategies for AI systems — including quality measurement, feedback loops, and continuous improvement — and can share real examples of AI solutions that initially underperformed and how you drove improvements.
  • You have strong product fundamentals: clear product sense, sharp prioritization, and the ability to drive alignment with a small, fast-moving team.
