Job Description
You will own product quality and AI evaluation for Felicity, defining performance standards and building automated test suites. This role combines technical rigour with product operations, triaging issues from real customer feedback and translating them into engineering priorities. You will work within an AI-augmented team to shape the roadmap and ensure high-trust delivery.

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain nightly AI evaluation suites and test scenarios to track product performance and pass rates over time.
- Run daily critical-error reviews and triage issues between configuration, data, user error, and genuine product bugs.
- Synthesize customer feedback and evaluation signals into clear PRDs, success criteria, and prioritized product roadmap decisions.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 2-4 years of PM experience preceded by 1-2 years as a software developer (backend, full-stack, or AI engineer).
- Demonstrates genuine fluency with AI tools and experience building or tuning agentic workflows and evaluation models.
- Based in London with existing right to work in the UK and a methodical, root-cause approach to problem-solving.
