Job Description
As a Technical Product Manager, you will define product direction in close collaboration with Engineering and ML teams. You'll own product areas end-to-end, ensuring the delivery of high-value Voice AI features at pace. This role requires technical credibility to drive product impact in one of AI's most technically interesting domains.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Voice AI products, from customer discovery and problem definition to delivery and iterative improvement.
- Partner closely with ML researchers and engineers to translate complex technical realities into clear, actionable product decisions and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to define product positioning and packaging, ensuring new features stand out in a competitive market.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience taking products from problem definition to delivery, with a strong background in software engineering, ML, or data science.
- Deep fluency in ML product lifecycles, understanding the nuances of model evaluation and the iterative nature of shipping AI-driven features.
- Excellent communication skills to engage directly with customers and earn the trust of highly technical engineering and research teams.
