Technical Product Manager - Voice Platform
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to own and drive the development of our operator-grade Voice Platform.
This is a highly technical leadership role combining product ownership, solution architecture, and engineering management. You will define the platform roadmap, lead technical decisions, coordinate a small engineering team, and ensure the reliability and scalability of voice services running in production.
What you’ll do:
- Own and develop the technical roadmap for the Voice Platform
- Translate business and operational requirements into technical tasks and delivery plans
- Lead architecture decisions for SIP routing, carrier interconnects, RTP/media handling, high availability, observability, and scaling
- Manage and mentor the engineering team responsible for voice services
- Define delivery priorities, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and release approach
- Drive reliability, incident analysis, postmortems, and continuous platform improvement
- Own capacity planning: CPS, concurrent calls, SIP signaling load, DB load, RTP relay load
- Oversee carrier interconnect logic: provider routing, failover, redundancy, quality control
- Improve CI/CD practices for SIP configuration validation, routing tests, regression tests, deployment, and rollback
- Ensure strong observability: call-id correlation, structured logs, metrics, alerts, SIP/RTP tracing
- Collaborate with NOC/support during production incidents and escalations

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
