Partnering with Product Owners and technical teams across the organisation, you will use your experience in banking technology to guide the development of scalable, resilient, and innovative solutions. Your ability to align technical delivery with strategic goals will be critical in ensuring our products continue to evolve and meet the needs of our customers and the wider business.

This role is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of complaints-related data products, defining and delivering trusted, regulatory-compliant data capabilities that enable effective customer outcomes, reporting, and insight.

The role owns product vision, roadmap, and prioritisation, working with cross-functional teams (engineering, reporting, and business stakeholders) to deliver scalable and reusable data products. The key focus is driving value through improved complaint insight, root cause analysis, regulatory reporting, and customer experience optimisation alongside customer journeys, ensuring that complaints data is accurate, timely, and actionable.

As Barclays continues to invest in AI and advanced analytics capabilities, this role plays a critical part in enabling that future. By establishing high-quality, well-governed, and reusable complaints data products, you will be helping to create opportunities to power AI-driven insight, automation, and decisioning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
