Technical Programme and Product Lead | Surrey | Permanent

Working on a confidential search for an engineering-led, data-driven consultancy with roots in elite motorsport. Their 50+ engineers and data scientists use race-derived tools to solve complex, high-value problems - delivering performance gains in weeks, not months.

They're looking for a Technical Programme Lead to own a defined but evolving area of their technical offering - blending delivery leadership, people leadership, and product thinking.

What you'll own:

  • End-to-end delivery of customer projects
  • Line management of a multidisciplinary team (~7 people)
  • Growth of your domain through customer opportunities
  • Turning delivery work into repeatable, scalable, commercial assets
  • Close partnership with Chief Engineers and Technical Community Leads

What they're looking for:

  • Strong experience leading customer-facing technical projects
  • Degree in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Comfortable across engineering, data, and software disciplines
  • People management experience
  • Commercial awareness and pragmatic decision-making
  • Genuine curiosity about AI — it's core to how this team works
