Technical Programme and Product Lead | Surrey | Permanent
Working on a confidential search for an engineering-led, data-driven consultancy with roots in elite motorsport. Their 50+ engineers and data scientists use race-derived tools to solve complex, high-value problems - delivering performance gains in weeks, not months.
They're looking for a Technical Programme Lead to own a defined but evolving area of their technical offering - blending delivery leadership, people leadership, and product thinking.

What you'll own:
- End-to-end delivery of customer projects
- Line management of a multidisciplinary team (~7 people)
- Growth of your domain through customer opportunities
- Turning delivery work into repeatable, scalable, commercial assets
- Close partnership with Chief Engineers and Technical Community Leads
What they're looking for:
- Strong experience leading customer-facing technical projects
- Degree in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Comfortable across engineering, data, and software disciplines
- People management experience
- Commercial awareness and pragmatic decision-making
- Genuine curiosity about AI — it's core to how this team works
