About the Team
The B2B Product Insights and Marketing Data team powers smarter decision-making for our global B2B ecosystem—which includes online travel agencies, corporate travel managers, airlines, financial institutions, and more. We build, evolve, and maintain data products, pipelines, reporting foundations, and operational processes to aid B2B product and marketing strategy.
The team collaborates with business, product, analytics, data, and engineering stakeholders to drive improvements in:
- Data quality and reliability
- Roadmap clarity and execution
- Scalable delivery across programs
We’re recruiting a Technical Program Manager (TPM) I to lead delivery for a fast-growing portfolio of data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities
As a Technical Program Manager I, your focus will be adherence, innovation, and professional development. Your key responsibilities include:
Program Execution & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support the delivery of technical programs across:
- Product insights (e.g., data analytics, performance tracking)
- Marketing data analytics (e.g., campaign ROI, attribution)
- B2B data initiatives (e.g., syndication pipelines, customer insights)
- Align priorities, timelines, and dependencies across engineering, analytics, product, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure smarter decisions by working with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and operational processes.

Agile & Delivery Management
- Plan, prioritise, and track backlogs in tools like Jira, Confluence.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, track status, and escalate blockers proactively.
- Foster operational consistency by identifying efficiency gaps (e.g., testing, documentation).
Requirements & Documentation
- Gather and organise requirements for technical initiatives, ensuring clarity among teams.
- Aid in documentation of data models, APIs, and business rules for future reference.
Barrier Removal & Continuous Improvement
- Spot operational bottlenecks and drive recommendations to reduce delivery friction.
- Share lessons learned to strengthen trust and efficiency across the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Mathematics
- Business
- Or related field
- OR equivalent professional experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in:
- Technical program management
- Program/project management
- Product operations
- Analytics, data, or engineering roles
- Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical curiosity—comfort with software development, data engineering, or analytics concepts.
- Ability to structure complex or ambiguous workflows effectively.
- Willingness to adopt agile methodologies, SDLC frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Early experience in supporting technical, data analytics, or software projects (e.g., internships, academic projects).
- Familiarity with agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Hands-on or theoretical exposure to:
- Data pipelines (ETL/ELT, schema design)
- Marketing analytics (attribution, reporting)
- Software development practices
- Quick learner and growth mindset—thrives on changing priorities and ownership.
