About the Team

The B2B Product Insights and Marketing Data team powers smarter decision-making for our global B2B ecosystem—which includes online travel agencies, corporate travel managers, airlines, financial institutions, and more. We build, evolve, and maintain data products, pipelines, reporting foundations, and operational processes to aid B2B product and marketing strategy.

The team collaborates with business, product, analytics, data, and engineering stakeholders to drive improvements in:

  • Data quality and reliability
  • Roadmap clarity and execution
  • Scalable delivery across programs

We’re recruiting a Technical Program Manager (TPM) I to lead delivery for a fast-growing portfolio of data-driven initiatives.

Impact of the Role

You’ll work at the intersection of technical and business needs, ensuring data-driven projects are delivered on time, with high value to our B2B partners. Ideal for a practical, detail-forward early-career professional eager to grow in data engineering, analytics, and program management.

Responsibilities

Program Execution & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support the delivery of technical programs across:
    • Product insights (e.g., data analytics, performance tracking)
    • Marketing data analytics (e.g., campaign ROI, attribution)
    • B2B data initiatives (e.g., syndication pipelines, customer insights)
  • Align priorities, timelines, and dependencies across engineering, analytics, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure smarter decisions by working with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and operational processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
