Technical Programme Manager | 6-Month Contract | Hybrid

Are you an experienced Technical Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology programmes in fast-paced, global environments? We're looking for a delivery-focused professional to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful programme execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technical programmes across multiple teams.
  • Define programme scope, delivery plans, milestones, governance, and execution frameworks.
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into structured delivery plans.
  • Manage programme timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and critical milestones.
  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Design, and other business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate executive-level governance meetings and provide clear programme status updates.
  • Resolve cross-functional challenges and proactively manage delivery risks.
  • Ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives, quality standards, and engineering capacity.
  • Support continuous improvement and promote best practices in programme delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience managing large-scale technical or engineering programmes.
  • Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives within global organisations.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering delivery practices.
  • Excellent programme planning, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, decision logs, and programme reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities.

Desirable

  • Experience within media, streaming, or large-scale consumer technology environments.
  • Experience working in global or multi-market organisations.
  • Familiarity with Agile and iterative delivery methodologies.
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
