Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management, product management, or related technical roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven experience leading complex, large-scale, cross-functional technical projects across organizations and in navigating databases, evaluating data models, writing SQL queries, and migrating systems.
- Experience collaborating with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Familiarity with Google or DeepMind processes, infrastructure, and teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills; able to deliver and make trade-offs under deadlines.
- Passion for AI Large Language Models (LLMs) and their real-world applications, and experience developing AI-based prototypes and solutions that accelerate product development and delivery.

Responsibilities
- Scope, shape, and lead complex ambiguous programs, performing technical due diligence to evaluate engineering scope, setup milestones, and assess infrastructure needs while managing risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Drive program landing and user adoption by collaborating with partner and engineering teams on rollouts, transitions, and end-to-end GTM strategy. Actively identify and implement approaches to accelerate the overall program delivery.
- Prototype concepts using design and AI tools to gather user feedback. Validate user needs through research to inform strategy.
- Utilize AI/ML solutions to automate processes, streamline cross-functional workflows, and accelerate program execution at scale, balancing business needs with speed.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align goals and timelines, influencing decision-making without direct authority to ensure seamless delivery.
