Responsibilities
- Ensure critical milestones adhere to approved timelines, managing dependencies and mitigating risks before they escalate.
- Oversee schedule adjustments and lead-time monitoring to align asset deliveries with deadlines.
- Proactively identify plan deviations (constraints, delays) and communicate risks to stakeholders.
- Define and gather KPIs to track program health, providing transparency on changes or delays.
- Cultivate collaborative stakeholder relationships to streamline decision-making and clarify roles.
Requirements
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical program management/industrial planning (data centers, real estate development, infrastructure).
Preferred:
- Proficiency in data center infrastructure (Power, Cooling, Shell/Core) and construction cycle stages.
- Analytical skills to assess trends and manage complex project trackers/dashboard tools.
- Ability to operate independently, lead multi-layered environments, and tailor communications for technical vs. non-technical audiences.
- Agility in multitasking diverse project streams while balancing priorities.
