Role Description
Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery of IT Programs
- Own end-to-end delivery of IT programs — roadmap, budget, resource plans, risks, and milestone tracking
- Define and govern program scope with clear business outcomes tied to telecom and IoT KPIs
- Coordinate across product management, engineering, network operations, and vendor teams for on-time, on-budget releases
- Lead steering committee reviews, executive reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment sessions
- Establish and maintain Agile/SAFe delivery cadence including PI planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage program dependencies, escalation paths, and risk mitigation strategies proactively
Telecom & IoT Platform Management
- Translate telecom BSS/OSS business requirements into actionable IT system changes and configurations within Client Platform
- Partner with network engineering to align IT platform capabilities with evolving 5G and LTE service architecture
- Manage platform integrations (APIs, data feeds) with carrier backend systems, OEM device partners, and third-party IoT platforms
- Facilitate functional design reviews, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness assessments for releases
- Oversee data quality, platform performance SLAs, and operational support models post-deployment

Applied AI Strategy & Execution
- Identify and champion AI/ML use cases within IT Platform — including network anomaly detection, device churn prediction, usage pattern intelligence, and smart data plan optimization
- Define AI program roadmaps & pilots with clear business cases, data requirements, and phased delivery milestones
- Collaborate with data science and MLOps teams to move AI models from prototype to production within the IT platform
- Communicate AI initiative value and progress to executive sponsors through business-focused narratives
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with business owners, IT leadership, network operations, and finance stakeholders
- Manage third-party vendors and system integrators — SOW compliance, performance oversight, and escalation management
- Partner with enterprise architecture to ensure IT System evolution aligns with long-term IT strategy and standards
- Represent the program in cross-functional forums, technology councils, and executive business reviews

Requirements
- 8+ years of program/product management experience in telecom, IoT, or enterprise IT platform environments
- Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of equivalent IoT connectivity management platform
- Strong functional understanding of telecom BSS/OSS systems and how they integrate with IT delivery platforms
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML-enabled programs — from use case definition to production deployment
- Track record of managing cross-functional programs with >1M+ budgets and enterprise-scale stakeholder ecosystems
Preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecom Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- PMP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent program management certification
