Technical Programme Manager – Strategic Transformation Programme
UK Hospitality & Support Services Sector
Hybrid Working | UK Wide
12-Month FTC
Salary Circa £100,000+ Package (DOE)
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Programme Manager to join a major UK hospitality and support services organisation at the very beginning of a landmark transformation programme. This is a career-defining role, offering the chance to shape and lead a £100m strategic transformation programme from day one, building the governance, structure and delivery capability required to support one of the most significant business change initiatives in the organisation's history.
The successful candidate will sit at the heart of a complex transformation, coordinating technology, operations, commercial and workforce workstreams while partnering with executive stakeholders across the business, including C-suite leadership.
This is not a traditional project management position. We are looking for a true programme leader capable of creating structure, driving accountability and bringing together multiple interdependent initiatives into a single, integrated delivery programme.
The Opportunity
Joining at the mobilisation stage of the programme, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the delivery framework, governance model and cross-functional operating cadence that will underpin a multi-year transformation.
- Responsible for creating and owning the integrated programme plan, managing critical dependencies, governing programme risk and ensuring alignment across a broad stakeholder community.
- Opportunity to recruit and build a high-performing team of approximately 5-6 programme professionals, providing leadership and direction across a programme involving more than 50 stakeholders and delivery resources.
- Unrivalled visibility, autonomy and influence within a business where successful programme delivery will directly impact future growth and strategic outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
