About us

PingCo is a SaaS provider that enables large telecommunications companies and its providers to manage and sell Voice to their customers. Established in 2011, PingCo has grown to work internationally with global customers.

Title: Technical Project Manager

Type: Full-Time
Salary: £65,000-75,000 GBP
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate internal and external projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure project deadlines are defined and met.
  • Work closely with engineering, support, operations, and other teams, as well as customer project teams to achieve project outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditure, and communicate changes affecting cost, timing, or deliverables.
  • Identify, document, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Escalate matters requiring senior management attention and implement agreed decisions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, project teams, and working groups.
  • Provide regular project updates and manage stakeholder expectations and customer feedback.
  • Prepare project status reports, milestone updates, scope variations, and outcome reports.
  • Maintain accurate project records and keep the project management system up to date.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, deadlines, quality standards, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor project performance and support the achievement of team and Project Manager KPIs.
  • Evaluate project outcomes, capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies for TCAP deployments to global operators and service providers.

  • 7-8 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Telco/SaaS industry knowledge
  • Project management certification (Prince 2, Agile)
  • Experience in the following:
    • Project management
    • Service Delivery
    • Stakeholder management
    • Change management
  • Impeccable written and communication skills
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility
  • High level of proficiency in workflow design and documentation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Background and knowledge in IT
  • Experience with Information Technology projects
  • Knowledge in telephony, automation, AI and SaaS
  • Driven and highly motivated professional who can operate within a plan but also show innovation and initiative
  • Positive can-do attitude, strong communicator, trustworthy and a team player
