Technical Project Manager | MDM Props

About MDM Props

MDM Props delivers bespoke fabrication, themed environments and immersive experiences for clients across entertainment, attractions, events and commercial sectors.

We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the fabrication and technical delivery of complex projects.

The Role

Working alongside a Creative Project Manager, you'll be responsible for turning approved concepts into exceptional finished builds.

You'll lead workshop production, fabrication planning, technical coordination and installation, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

You'll work closely with draughting, workshop managers, subcontractors and production teams to coordinate every stage of delivery.

Every project at MDM Props is jointly led by a Technical and Creative Project Manager. While the Creative Project Manager leads the client relationship, creative development and commercial delivery, you'll take ownership of technical planning, fabrication, workshop production and installation. You'll work as an equal partner throughout the project, combining technical expertise with creative ambition to deliver exceptional results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
