Technical Project Manager
On-site in Chippenham, UK | Permanent Position
We’re looking for a driven Technical Project Manager to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking engineering environment where innovation moves from concept through to full-scale production.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of technically complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to specification.
You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging engineering excellence with commercial success, helping bring cutting-edge products to life while contributing to continuous business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Lead projects from concept through to production, ensuring successful delivery
- Drive collaboration across Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams
- Manage multiple projects at different stages in a dynamic environment
- Take ownership of project plans, risks, and budgets, ensuring proactive resolution
- Lead structured New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
- Control costs, Bill of Materials (BOM), and processes throughout projects
- Support new business opportunities, bids, and proposals
- Prepare quotations, business cases, and customer-facing documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and business capability growth
- Provide clear, concise progress updates to senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years’ experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in project management, delivering complex NPI projects
- Track record of delivering projects across the full product lifecycle (from design, test and development to final delivery)
- Background in engineering, materials, or a related discipline
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to solutions (not just manage plans)
