Location: Ringwood – fully onsite Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 per annum (experience-dependent)

The Role

You’ll take on the Technical Project Manager position, spearheading medium to large-scale IT and business improvement projects from our Ringwood Head Office. Your responsibilities include end-to-end ownership while ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality.

This role demands technical expertise, stakeholder leadership, clear communication, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, priorities, and escalation routes
  • Lead project timelines, budget control, and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assurances, Issues, Dependencies), and governance documentation
  • Oversee risk management, dependencies, budgets, and progress reporting throughout the lifecycle
  • Translate technical detail into clear language for non-technical stakeholders
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of delivering IT projects across varying size and complexity
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for business decision-making
  • Experience with multiple project management methodologies
  • Proficient in project management tools and reporting dashboards
  • Comfortable thriving in a small, collaborative team environment
