Location: Ringwood – fully onsite Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 per annum (experience-dependent)

The Role
You’ll take on the Technical Project Manager position, spearheading medium to large-scale IT and business improvement projects from our Ringwood Head Office. Your responsibilities include end-to-end ownership while ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality.
This role demands technical expertise, stakeholder leadership, clear communication, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, priorities, and escalation routes
- Lead project timelines, budget control, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assurances, Issues, Dependencies), and governance documentation
- Oversee risk management, dependencies, budgets, and progress reporting throughout the lifecycle
- Translate technical detail into clear language for non-technical stakeholders
- Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of delivering IT projects across varying size and complexity
- Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for business decision-making
- Experience with multiple project management methodologies
- Proficient in project management tools and reporting dashboards
- Comfortable thriving in a small, collaborative team environment
