Client Delivery Manager
We're looking for a Client Delivery Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise customers, leading projects from implementation through to ongoing service delivery. You'll work at the intersection of delivery, customer success, and commercial growth, partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end delivery for multiple customer engagements
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key client accounts
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software implementations
- Driving governance, risk management, reporting, and delivery excellence
- Building long-term customer partnerships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Identifying opportunities to expand customer value through additional services and solutions
- Supporting continuous improvement across delivery processes and ways of working

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting customer growth opportunities
- Experience within financial services is advantageous, with lending or mortgage technology experience a bonus
