Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Technical Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of a next-generation digital sales ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of CPG Sales Strategy and Cutting-edge AI Engineering.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a Virtual Sales Assistant and "Know Your Store" initiatives. The ideal candidate doesn't just manage timelines; they understand the nuances of Assortment Mentalization and how Agentic E-Commerce can transform the relationship between brands, retailers, and the shelf.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product & Project Leadership
- Virtual Sales Assistant (VSA): Drive the roadmap for an AI-powered VSA that empowers field reps with real-time insights and automated task execution.
- "Know Your Store" Initiative: Oversee the integration of store-level data to provide 360-degree visibility into shelf health, out-of-stocks, and promotional compliance.
- Assortment Mentalization: Translate complex category management theories into digital logic, ensuring the VSA recommends the optimal "mental" assortment based on regional demographics and shopper behavior.
- Agentic E-Commerce Strategy: Transition from basic automation to "Agentic" workflows—where AI agents proactively identify sales gaps and execute orders or marketing shifts autonomously.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
