Technical Project Manager (CRM) – Bristol, UK

At Bond, we design, build, and manage creative and innovative solutions for our clients, focused on helping them strengthen loyalty to their brands. We aim to deliver exceptional, data-driven solutions that align with customers’ engagement goals, deliver measurable impact, and foster long-term partnerships.

As we expand, we’re looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Technical Project Manager to oversee complex CRM programmes and projects, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless technical execution.

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of project management experience in a CRM or digital marketing agency - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze or Salesforce - Strong understanding of how data integrates between CDPs (e.g., Tealium) and CRM platforms, including its impact on segmentation and personalisation - Ability to lead data-driven strategies informed by market and competitive insights - Analytical eye for detail - Strong client communication skills to lead stakeholder conversations confidently

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of complex CRM projects, from brief to deployment, liaising directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure technical depth, including data flow optimisation between CRM and CDP platforms to enhance personalisation and segmentation.
  • Assist in client-facing delivery, supporting project status updates and ongoing stakeholder engagement.

Key Duties:

  • Work alongside client services & delivery teams to ensure projects align with requirements and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain a scope of work, including:
    • Requirement management
    • Business case preparation & evaluation
    • Change logs and project scope control
  • Create comprehensive project plans, coordinate discipline leads, and estimate, allocate, and monitor resources effectively.
  • Manage project timelines, budgeting (where applicable), and assets to meet deliverables and deadlines.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, including scope creep, to ensure timely execution.
  • Balance multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, prioritising deliverables against business goals.
  • Compare vendor options, evaluate trade-offs, and improve long-term delivery strategies.
  • Foster open collaboration with clients and partners while managing expectations and quality standards.
  • Leverage client feedback to refine service delivery and deliver outcomes.
