Technical Project Manager

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER – FLEET TECHNOLOGY & VEHICLE SAFETY SOLUTIONS Competitive Salary Location: Hybrid, two days per week in London office Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer

ABOUT EXEROS TECHNOLOGIES

Exeros Technologies is a leading UK provider of vehicle safety, video telematics and AI-powered fleet solutions. For over 15 years, the company has been helping fleets reduce risk, improve compliance and enhance operational visibility through its advanced dash camera and video analytics products.

With recent investment from Pembroke VCT, Exeros is entering a transformational phase. Evolving from a hardware-led business into a SaaS-first, product-led enterprise built around its flagship platform, VideMatics, an AI-enhanced telematics solution redefining fleet intelligence.

Exeros partners with major organisations including the AA, National Highways, the RAC, TfL and Scottish Power, supporting more than 200 fleets across the UK. The company is now seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support this next phase of growth and operational transformation.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a key role within our Operations team responsible for delivering customer projects from contract handover through to successful deployment and project completion.

You will act as the central point of coordination between customers, internal departments, installation partners, suppliers and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

This role combines project management, operational coordination, technical understanding, stakeholder management and commercial awareness.

This is not a traditional governance and reporting-focused project management role. It will suit someone who enjoys practical operational delivery, coordinating field installations and solving real-world deployment challenges.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex customer-facing projects and deployments, ideally within fleet technology, telematics, video telematics, transport technology, field service operations or other environments involving connected hardware, software platforms and field-based installations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
