Technical Project Manager
Enso Recruitment is proud to be working as the Exclusive Recruitment Partner for an established FDI organisation who is growing their Centre of Excellence in Belfast.
As part of this growth, they are now seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of one of Northern Ireland’s most significant public sector digital transformation programmes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technical leader to work across engineering, integrations, and customer delivery, helping drive complex projects from planning through to go-live.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in overseeing the technical execution and delivery of large-scale software implementation and integration projects, ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently and aligned to customer and programme requirements.
This role combines technical leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone with a strong engineering background who enjoys working across teams, systems, and customer environments.
What We’re Looking For
- End-to-end ownership of significant software implementation or transformation projects.
- Delivery leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience working for software vendors, consulting firms, systems integrators, or similar supplier organisations.
- Strong project governance, planning, risk, and issue management capabilities.
- The ability to articulate specific examples of how they have handled difficult delivery challenges and achieved successful outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
