Technical Project Manager
About SAVA
All the health information we need is within us. Just below the skin. SAVA is redefining the way people interact with their health by developing the most advanced biosensing technology science has to offer, capable of accessing bodily information in a painless, real-time and affordable way.
The Role
We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to drive the execution of SAVA’s cross-departmental technical projects, including product development, manufacturing scale-up, clinical preparation, and regulatory readiness. These projects span engineering, manufacturing, quality, and clinical operations, requiring strong coordination, communication, and decision-making.
You will own cross-functional project planning, risk management, and operational readiness as SAVA transitions from pilot-line production to large-scale manufacturing and prepares for regulatory submissions. You will translate company priorities into actionable plans, define dependencies, and critical sequencing, surface risks early, and ensure teams meet key milestones.
This is not a coordination role—it’s a high-ownership, impact-driven position with a direct line of influence on SAVA’s product development and scale-up programmes. Reporting to the Technical Programme Lead, you will collaborate closely with cross-departmental stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end project plans to drive progress toward critical milestones (timelines, dependencies, assumptions, critical paths, resource needs, and decision points).
- Orchestrate company-wide readiness for major milestones: design freezes, verification/validation, pilot builds, pivotal-trial readiness, and regulatory submissions.
- Identify risks early, design mitigation strategies, and resolve issues before they become blockers.
- Manage stakeholders with competing priorities to align objectives under evolving constraints.
- Facilitate design reviews, risk management reviews, and stage-gate decisions.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong operational intuition—you instinctively identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and sequencing.
- Highly organised and structured with a sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to engage confidently in technical discussions and constructively challenge assumptions.
- Experience thriving in ambiguity and guiding teams through evolving priorities.
- Clear, concise communicator who can hold teams accountable without causing friction.
