At Vitacress, we're committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products that our customers can trust. We're looking for a Technical Quality Auditor to join our Night Shift Team and help ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance across our operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in food manufacturing, quality, or compliance who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and growing business.

The Role

As a Technical Quality Auditor, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards throughout the production process, from raw material intake through to finished product.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that products meet legal, customer, and company requirements while promoting a strong culture of quality and food safety throughout the site.

What You'll Be Doing

βœ… Conducting Audits And Inspections Against

Quality Management Systems (QMS) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) HACCP requirements

βœ… Assessing products throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished goods

βœ… Identifying, investigating, and reporting quality issues and non-conformances

βœ… Supporting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

βœ… Analysing trends from audits, inspections, complaints, and non-conformance reports

βœ… Completing traceability exercises and mass balance checks

βœ… Carrying out calibration checks on quality equipment

βœ… Working closely with Production, Technical, and Management teams to maintain site standards

βœ… Championing food safety, product quality, and continuous improvement

βœ” Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

βœ” A strong communicator with good IT skills

βœ” Committed to maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement

Desirable Experience

⭐ Previous experience within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment

⭐ Knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, auditing, or compliance processes

⭐ Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards

⭐ Experience investigating quality issues and supporting corrective actions
