At Babcock we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together, and if you join us, you can play your part as a Technical Quality Document Manager at our Plymouth, Devon site.

The role

As a Technical Quality Document Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You'll play a vital role in supporting the Major Nuclear Capital Programme (MNCP), helping to deliver critical infrastructure projects within a Building Information Modelling (BIM) framework. Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Providing document control and due process support to project teams and external suppliers within Autodesk Vault.
  • Quality checking technical documentation prior to issue and transmittal, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Supporting verification activities, including document distribution, review coordination, meeting administration, and progress tracking.
  • Delivering guidance, training, and technical support to colleagues and suppliers on document management processes and best practice.
  • Maintaining configuration and due process systems, including Autodesk Vault and associated information management tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
