Role Description
The Technical Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Warwick just off the A46, responsible for overseeing product quality from raw materials through finished goods. This role includes developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, conducting audits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. The Technical Quality Manager will analyze production data, investigate non-conformances, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Daily tasks involve collaborating with operations, procurement, NPD and Maintenance teams to align quality requirements, managing documentation and reporting, and supporting training on quality procedures. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting projects that enhance product performance, reduce defects, and improve customer satisfaction.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices, including audits, inspections, and testing.
- Experience with Quality Management systems, standards, and documentation in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
- Solid Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
- Relevant experience in technical or quality-focused roles within consumer goods or related industries.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for consumer products, with full competency of BRCGS accreditation.
- Lead the HACCP, TACCP & VACCP team ensuring the business operates to the highest degree of compliance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- A relevant technical or scientific degree or equivalent professional experience in quality or manufacturing.
