Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Technical Records Administrator to join our Technical / CAMO team, based in Hampton Wick.
Your main responsibility will be inputting the SRP’S, reviewing and reporting back completed work packages in the One Air Ltd engineering management system AMOS. Controlling and organising all the current and archive technical records for the fleet of Boeing 747-400 & 777 Cargo aircraft.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting hours and cycles from the SRP pages received into AMOS along with defects/ADD’S/component Bookings etc.
- Raising Workorders in AMOS
- Raise MAREPS (Maintenance Defects) and PIREPS (Pilot reported Defects)
- Report back maintenance events
- Update oil and fuel uplifts
- Clearance of daily work packages
- Update of logbooks
- Responsible for updating/controlling and organising all current and archive records, ensuring the Inventory is kept up to date.
- Responsible for ensuring all the paperwork is returned and correctly certified, and completed in accordance with procedures.
- Supporting the Maintenance Planning/AMP Manager in preparing aircraft records and reports for aircraft audits as required.
- Supporting in preparing paperwork for the ARC renewal.
- Responsible for preparing, scanning and sending completed work packages and work orders for archiving.
- Supporting the Maintenance Planning/AMP Manager with any administrative tasks when required.
- Check and distribute aircraft Monthly Utilization reports to the lessor.

Continuous Improvement
- Working closely with the Maintenance Planning/AMP Manager to ensure the Aircraft Maintenance Program remains effective.
- Work closely with Planning, Technical Services Engineers and Maintenance Control Engineer departments.
- Work closely with the Material Controllers.
- Contributing to continuous improvement across processes and systems and team working.
Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required:
- Knowledge or experience within aircraft Technical records/maintenance planning environment preferable.
- Knowledge or experience of AMOS is desirable.
- Demonstrates flexibility, versatility, pro-active and being dynamic in previous roles
- Demonstrates commitment to continued professional development.
- Must have good computer literacy skills, competent with MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrates excellent administration and organisation skills.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and creative.

What We Offer:
- In addition to the salary for this role, we offer a holiday allowance of 33 days including Bank Holidays, 9% Company Employer Pension contribution, Employee Assistance Programme, Life Assurance (3x annual salary) and Private Healthcare Insurance after successful probation.
Any Additional Relevant Information:
The role is based at our Head Office in Hampton Wick Monday to Thursday with the option to work from home on Friday.
