Your Mission
We are seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter (3–5 years' experience) for IT hiring in Bristol. Must excel in staffing, technical (IT) recruitment, and global sourcing in the UK & EU.
Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical (IT) roles, including: • Sourcing • Screening • Interviewing • Placement • Develop a strong pipeline of candidates for technical roles, including: • AI Developers • Forward Deployed Engineers • Team Leads • QA (automation + manual) Engineers • Full Stack Developers • Technical/Solution Architects • Data Engineers • DevOps Specialists • Project Managers • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and technical skill needs. • Maintain job postings, manage candidate workflows, and deliver a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. • Deploy innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and sustain a constant talent flow. • Assess technical expertise and cultural fit throughout interviews and assessments. • Conduct talent mapping to inform competitive hiring strategies. • Update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (preference for Ceipal experience). • Exceed staffing targets, meet deadlines, and meet performance metrics. • Expand global recruitment scope—US/EU technical hiring.

Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on technical (IT) recruitment. • Specialised sourcing expertise across paid and free platforms, including: • Conventional (LinkedIn, Indeed) • Non-conventional (bootcamps, niche forums, cold outreach) • Strong IT job market knowledge, including demand, trends, and hiring complexity. • Proven experience in UK & EU technical recruitment. • Experience in global roles (US, LATAM, Eastern EU) beneficial.
