JD.com is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter to join our Technical Recruiting team at Joybuy (https://www.joybuy.com/). Joybuy is JD.com’s European full-category online retail brand designed to bring customers a faster, more convenient, and cost-effective shopping experience. Offering same-day and next-day delivery across the UK, Joybuy combines speed, reliability, and affordability to meet the needs of modern shoppers. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our engineering, data science, product management, and product operations teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to attract world-class technical talent and lay the foundation for a high-performing international workforce.

[This is a 1-year fixed-term contract.]
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top technical talent across Europe.
- Manage the hiring process from intake meeting to closing.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by understanding their needs and aligning sourcing efforts accordingly.
- Proactively engage passive candidates through compelling outreach and build strong talent pipelines.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across various time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.
- Provide recruitment support to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on strategic and operational tasks as needed.
- Work onsite in our London office.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience sourcing and closing technical talent, ideally in an agency environment with a focus on the UK or broader European market.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
- Familiarity with technical roles and the ability to communicate job requirements clearly to candidates.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting personalized outreach messages.
- A passion for continuous improvement and staying current with sourcing best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for multinational companies in e-commerce, software, logistics, or retail industries.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
