Technical Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant – Cardiff (£32k base + OTE)

Join one of our high-performing, tech-aligned teams at Client Server, a technology-focused recruitment consultancy with offices in Central Cardiff. We specialise in placing top talent across Europe, offering a high-energy, high-reward role with clear progression pathways and uncapped earnings potential.
After a hugely successful financial year, we are looking to grow our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll join a dedicated warm desk with plenty of opportunity to hit the ground running. Having exceeded annual targets, we paid out over £1 million in commission in the last financial year, with multiple consultants billing over £250k.

What You'll Do as a Technical Recruiter
- Deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles
- Manage and develop client relationships, accelerating your earnings through business development contributions
- Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
- Exceed KPIs, ensuring your role contributes to the team’s success while maintaining a focus on quality service

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (preferably within a tech or similar sector)
- A competitive, determined mindset
- Strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
- A client-focused, consultative, and ethical approach to recruitment
