The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process — from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing team where your expertise in the technology space will be highly valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and developing strong client relationships
- Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
- Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality IT professionals
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Maintaining constant market awareness

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in Europe or USA
- Demonstrable success in placing Technology talent
- Proven billing history and ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
