Technical Recruitment Consultant – Chester
£35,000-£45,000 basic plus uncapped commission
I’m working with a highly profitable, privately owned recruitment business within the IT & Telecoms space that is looking to grow its Chester office with experienced sales-focused recruiters who genuinely enjoy winning new business.
This isn’t a KPI-heavy corporate environment.
It’s a lean, high-performing business where people are trusted to get on with the job - and rewarded very well for doing it.

Location:
- Chester office
- (Hybrid working – Mondays & Fridays from home / 3 days in office)
- Free parking available
- Public transport links aren’t ideal, so driving is preferred unless local.
The business is now making a major investment into growing the sales function in Chester, with a real focus on bringing in recruiters who can confidently develop new business from scratch and build long-term client relationships.
You’ll be joining an experienced recruiter already leading the sales push, with plans to grow the team further so there’s real collaboration, support, and energy in the office.
What they’re looking for:
- Proven recruitment billing background
- Strong business development skills
- Ability to win and grow new clients
- Tech recruitment experience preferred
- Open to recruiters from related sectors such as engineering
- Contract recruitment experience ideal
- Perm recruiters also considered — but must be open to moving into contract longer term
