Who We Are: At Brooks, we believe movement is the key to feeling more alive. That’s why we’re driven to create gear and experiences that take people to the place that makes them feel more alive — whether it’s a headspace, a feeling, or a finish line. Everyone who works at Brooks is propelled by a company culture that sparks excitement, fuels collaboration, inspires creativity, and ignites innovation.

Our brand values help bond us together and drive our success: • Runner First: We act in the best interest of the runner • Word is Bond: We do what we say we’ll do • Champion Heart: We give our all in everything we do • There is no “I” in Run: We stay generous with our humanity • Keep Moving: We find ways to move every day, because joy is kinetic! We welcome everyone from every walk of life looking to inspire others through the power of movement — because we’re all moving towards something. Let’s run there \n

Your Job: The Brooks Technical Representative will lead and execute the field support strategy in all distribution channels located within their respective territory to increase market share, amplify Brooks’ product leadership, and create recognition, awareness and loyalty for the brand. We are also firm believers in grass roots events and as such have a comprehensive events schedule.

Your Responsibilities: • Lead the overall field support efforts for Brooks at both Specialty Running Accounts (SRA) and Non-Specialty accounts located within the territory • Support the Sales and Marketing teams with product launches, in-store merchandising, and innovative grassroots programs at all accounts. • Work with Sales management and Marketing on the success of National Account sell-thru programs/in-store promotions; all Tec Rep’s are accountable for an established sell-thru number for a pre-determined store base within their respective territory. • Educate and motivate the retailer, consumer, and all key points of contact about Brooks technology and product leadership via product seminars and clinics. • Be the eyes and ears of the brand and communicate our brand positioning, competitors, and potential competitor’s activity. It is essential to work closely with your respective Sales Rep to highlight any issues/challenges/successes. • Provide feedback and analysis via ForceManager (our CRM tool) to measure effectiveness of product initiatives and sales strategies. • Represent Brooks at running events and expos (for example parkun) including branding, set-up, breakdown, distribution of collateral, interaction with consumers, shoe count and product trial.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
