Technical Sales Co-ordinator
Technical Sales Co-ordinator required for long established engineering company based near Diss.
Working in the spares department as part of the after-sales team, the successful candidate will undertake a varied role, taking and processing orders for spare parts.
Duties
- Processing customer spare enquiries via phone or email
- Owning the end-to-end process for spares, including liaising with customers and suppliers
- Requesting quotes from and negotiating with suppliers
- Producing and following up on potential customer quotes
- Converting enquiries into sales orders
- Maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role and with engineering/manufacturing knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- IT skills. Must include Word, Excel, email and be familiar with MRP systems

Benefits
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, established and popular employer. Salary is c.29k - 32k, depending on experience. 25 days holiday. On-site parking. Workplace pension scheme. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 8:00 am or 8:30 am start to suit.
