Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

Employment Type: Full-time

The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be pivotal in driving pipeline growth by identifying high-potential prospects, qualifying leads, and generating meetings for our Sales team. You’ll introduce organizations to an AI-powered platform.

This is a foundational role within our high-performance go-to-market (GTM) team, offering hands-on exposure to enterprise technology sales and a clear path to roles in Sales, Customer Success, or GTM leadership. You’ll join a team that moves fast, learns continuously, and is redefining how IT and security leaders regain time, control, and confidence.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, research, and prospect into target accounts through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound leads from trials, website traffic, and marketing campaigns
  • Schedule and participate in initial prospect meetings, handing off qualified opportunities to Account Executives (AEs)
  • Deliver a high-level, compelling introduction to the company’s platform and value proposition
  • Capture relevant prospect details to support productive sales conversations and demos
  • Log and maintain accurate activity, contact updates, and pipeline progress in HubSpot
  • Apply proven objection-handling techniques to drive conversions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
