Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
Employment Type: Full-time
The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be pivotal in driving pipeline growth by identifying high-potential prospects, qualifying leads, and generating meetings for our Sales team. You’ll introduce organizations to an AI-powered platform.
This is a foundational role within our high-performance go-to-market (GTM) team, offering hands-on exposure to enterprise technology sales and a clear path to roles in Sales, Customer Success, or GTM leadership. You’ll join a team that moves fast, learns continuously, and is redefining how IT and security leaders regain time, control, and confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, research, and prospect into target accounts through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound leads from trials, website traffic, and marketing campaigns
- Schedule and participate in initial prospect meetings, handing off qualified opportunities to Account Executives (AEs)
- Deliver a high-level, compelling introduction to the company’s platform and value proposition
- Capture relevant prospect details to support productive sales conversations and demos
- Log and maintain accurate activity, contact updates, and pipeline progress in HubSpot
- Apply proven objection-handling techniques to drive conversions
- Stay informed on product updates, the IT/security landscape, and buyer personas
- Provide feedback to strengthen outbound strategy, messaging, and GTM processes

What You’ll Bring
- 6+ months experience in a commercial setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hunger to learn, grow, and consistently exceed performance targets
- Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Resilience, coachability, and a desire to master modern outbound sales
- Enthusiasm for engaging with technical buyers and delivering value
