Technical Sales Engineer
About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join a specialist engineering and manufacturing business supplying high-quality filling and packaging equipment across multiple industries. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the Northern region, providing technical and consultative support to customers from initial enquiry through to machine demonstration and solution delivery.
This position would suit a technically minded sales professional with experience selling industrial equipment or engineering solutions who enjoys working closely with customers. It will appeal to someone who is commercially driven, customer focused and confident advising clients on the most appropriate technical solutions for their applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers across the Northern region and Scotland
- Provide consultative technical sales support, advising customers on suitable equipment solutions
- Carry out customer visits, site surveys and machine demonstrations
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within key manufacturing sectors
- Work closely with internal engineering and commercial teams to support successful project delivery and customer satisfaction

In return you'll receive a salary up to £50k plus company car and matched pension up to 6.5%, 24 days holiday and full product training provided.
