The Role: Technical Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sustainable sales growth and profitability by developing new business opportunities for air conditioning and heat pump products.
- Develop and grow existing accounts to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Conduct 8–12 customer meetings per week (where feasible).
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive engagement.
- Produce accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts.
Time Commitment
Full-time, permanent, field-based role Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or technical sales.
- Technical background in HVAC/Heat Pump industry (preferred but not essential).
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Willingness to travel regularly (occasional overnight stays required).
