Technical Sales Engineer – South of England (Field-Based)

The Role: Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sustainable sales growth and profitability by developing new business opportunities for air conditioning and heat pump products.
  • Develop and grow existing accounts to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct 8–12 customer meetings per week (where feasible).
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive engagement.
  • Produce accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts.

Time Commitment

Full-time, permanent, field-based role Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or technical sales.
  • Technical background in HVAC/Heat Pump industry (preferred but not essential).
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Willingness to travel regularly (occasional overnight stays required).
