Technical Pre-Sales Support
Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and translate them into tailored solutions based on our product portfolio.
Solution Design
Develop and present customized solution concepts, architectures, and use cases aligned with customer needs.
Product Demonstrations & Presentations
Deliver detailed technical presentations, live demos, and workshops to showcase product capabilities and value.
Customer Consulting
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, guiding them through the technical decision-making processes.
RFP/RFI & Proof of Concept Support
Contribute to technical proposals, support tender processes, and conduct proof-of-concept implementations where required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the interface between customers, sales, product management, and development teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and feedback.

Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, helping to position solutions effectively.
Market & Customer Insights
Provide structured feedback from customer interactions to support product development and market strategy.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ideally 3+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

Technical Expertise
Solid understanding of relevant technologies (e.g., IP networking, video systems, IoT, or software solutions). Ability to quickly learn and confidently present complex technical products.
Communication Skills
Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Sales Mindset
Customer-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable supporting sales processes and negotiations.
Problem-Solving
Analytical thinker with the ability to identify customer challenges and develop practical solutions.
Languages
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
