About the role
I'm recruiting pre-sales and solutions engineers for a number of UK SaaS, cloud and AI businesses.
If you sit between sales and engineering, you own the technical side of the deal: running discovery, building and delivering demos, scoping pilots, and being the person who can actually answer the hard question in the room. You make the difference between "this looks interesting" and a signed contract.
These roles are typically remote or hybrid across the UK, with base salaries in the £55k to £90k range depending on level, plus bonus.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who I want to hear from
You've done pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical sales in a B2B software business. You can hold a technical conversation and a commercial one. You're comfortable with the usual building blocks: APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and translating them into plain business value.

You don't need to be actively job hunting. If you're open to the right move, I'd like you on the list.
How this works
Register your interest and you hear about relevant roles first, before they're advertised. No CV sent anywhere without your say-so, and no roles that waste your time. I've worked in both sales and engineering myself, so it'll be a straight conversation, not a keyword match.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
