Sales Engineer – Global Markets Location: Coatbridge / Hybrid International travel (2–3x per year)

DwyerOmega is a global leader in precision sensing, monitoring, and control technologies. Our portfolio spans pressure, temperature, flow, level, humidity, and gas detection solutions serving industrial processing, building services, life sciences, utilities, manufacturing, and energy markets worldwide.

About the Role We’re looking for an ambitious, high-energy Sales Engineer to drive global growth for the DwyerOmega Sensors Business Unit. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by owning results and making a tangible impact.

You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across Europe, the US, and APAC, working at the intersection of technical expertise, commercial strategy, and relationship-building.

What You’ll Be Doing - Drive Sales Growth Deliver consistent revenue growth through regional and global strategies Identify and develop new business opportunities and channel partnerships Spot emerging market trends and stay ahead of competitor activity

Experience & Skills Background in sales, business development, or a technical engineering role Experience working with high-volume technical/manufactured products Commercially astute with strong analytical thinking Confident managing international stakeholders across multiple regions Excellent communication skills in English
