The role of the Technical Sales Advisor Waterproofing Systems will involve:
- Technical Sales Advisor position supporting and selling a range of structural waterproofing systems
- The majority of your time will be acting as first line technical support to merchants, contractors, installers, and housing associations for all queries relating to central heating products
- The remainder of your time offering technical support to internal teams
- Fielding inbound telephone queries and providing appropriate solutions
- Carry out product training and answer questions for both colleagues and customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
- Working closely with other Technical Sales Advisors

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Advisor Waterproofing Systems with:
- Must have Sales experience dealing with specialist building products or closely related: liquid applied, roofing, waterproofing, or a closely related product or system
- Would be greatly beneficial to have knowledge specifically with Waterproofing Systems
- Advantageous to have a technical mind-set with the ability to understand product specifications
- Positive telephone manner with the ability to resolve customer queries in a professional manner
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Stable career history
