About The Role And Team
As a Technical Sales Lead (iGaming) at CreateFuture, you will play a key role in driving new business growth across the betting and gaming sector. This includes sportsbooks, casinos, gaming platforms, and emerging digital operators. You will focus on identifying, shaping, and closing high-value opportunities, working with senior stakeholders to solve complex challenges across product, platform, and customer experience. This is a true hunter role - building pipeline from the ground up, developing relationships in a competitive market, and positioning CreateFuture as a credible challenger partner. Selling technical Digital Transformation solutions to technical, product, and infrastructure stakeholders, building trusted relationships and guiding clients through technology driven change.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities across the iGaming sector. Build a strong market presence through targeted outreach, industry events, and network development. Focus on engaging senior decision-makers across Product, Technology, Infrastructure and Digital functions. Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of opportunities. Qualify rigorously, forecast accurately, and provide clear visibility of deal progression. Ensure smooth transition of won work into Client Services and Delivery teams. Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CTO, CPO, CIO, Digital leaders). Understand platform, product, and commercial challenges and shape solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Own the full sales cycle - from early engagement through to deal closure. Develop compelling proposals, define clear win strategies, lead presentations, and negotiate commercial agreements. Achieve and exceed revenue targets by prioritising high-impact opportunities and executing against a clear go-to-market strategy within iGaming. Stay close to industry trends including platform modernisation, real-time data, personalisation, AI-driven experiences, and regulatory change. Use this insight to position CreateFuture effectively and shape propositions.

We’d Love To Talk To You If You
Extensive experience in business development, sales, or similar roles within iGaming, betting, or gaming platforms Proven experience selling Digital Transformation services within the iGaming sector to technical, product, and infrastructure stakeholders Ability to articulate complex technology solutions Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets in a hunter-led role Strong network across betting & gaming operators or platform providers Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior digital/technology stakeholders Ability to originate, shape, and close complex, high-value deals Strong consultative selling approach, focused on outcomes not just services Experience structuring and closing multi-year, complex engagements Ability to articulate value in a highly competitive, fast-moving market Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including: Sportsbook and casino platforms, Customer acquisition, retention, and personalisation, Regulatory and compliance considerations, Platform scalability and performance Strong understanding of how technology enables transformation within iGaming, including: Digital product development and platform engineering Customer experience, UX, and conversion optimisation Front-end technologies (web, mobile, cross-platform) Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable architectures Real-time data, personalisation, and AI Modern software delivery (Agile, DevOps) Quality engineering and performance at scale
